Recruitement on DDE quota

No such quota exist for recruitment at Cat I or Cat II

Thank you for your quick reply it is really appreciated.But the problem is no one is aware of it at zonal and regional office level they are saying that we can maintain rouster forward it to the committe.After that the committe's recommendations goes to higher authorities means head quater in their language then only they can send the offer letter.only Class 3 and 4 can appointed under DDE quota.As per the circular the commite has to pursue the previous month application in second week of every month and to have a decision on the same.The circular has released Feb2011 but the committee not yet formed for the scuritinization of appilications.Is there any appointments made on this quota in 2011 as per your knowledge ? pls share me the info if you have it is really helpful to awaiting applicatnts.
