We had cherished some dreams for our own selves and for the proud organisation to which we belong. An expert body like Rao Committee recognised the position of FCI for the first time by according its rightful place in the country by placing it at 3RD place among all CPSEs, in the hierarchy of Public Sector.But our dream of getting scales and benefits at par with other Public Sector Undertakings is yet to be fulfilled. As they say, our dream should keep us motivated to strive and struggle for the yet to be realised aspirations.
