Offer letter to the selected candidates

Sir, kindly let me know the tentative date by which we can expect the offer letter for the post of AGM (Gen) as the final results were declared almost 2 months back..

As per standard procedure, the appointment letters can be issued only after the receipt of Vigilance Clearance for all internal Candidates and Police Verification reports for all the external Candidates, both of which takes considerable time.

Thank you Sir, but the vigilance clearance has already been sent to headquarters almost 10 days back..

vigilance clearance for ALL internal candidates and police verification for ALL external candidates in a panel needs to be complete. not for just one or two individual candidates.
