    IT IS HEARD THAT IN UP REGIONAL OFFICE 2 A/C CADER RETIRED
    EMPLOYEES GOT EMPLOYMENT ON FIXED PAY.FCIOA HAS NOT DISPLAYED
    ON BOARD THIS ISSUE TILL NOW.WE SHALL BE GRATEFUL TO ADMIN
    IF CURRENT STATUS WITH RELEVANT CIRCULARS BE APPRISED TO
    NEEDY OFFICERS IF ANY.

    The appointment is for 6 months only. The concerned Regional finance heads were requested to identify persons who would be useful for closing of Accounts, considering the delay in recruitment. On the basis of their recommendation, approval has been given by Hqrs.
    Such appointment can not be claimed as a right and the concerned finance head has full authority and responsibility for recommending the name of any such person.
    Subsequently similar advice has been given by Hqrs for other cadres also.
