Contributions to the Officers Association may be made in the following ways,

    1. By sending a Demand Draft only in the name of "FCI Officer Association" payable at New Delhi. The draft may be couriered to Sh. J.S. Tuli, AGM(Engg), Hqrs.

    2. By sending a multi-city/at-par cheque only in the name of "FCI Officer Association" of any major Bank. The cheque may be couriered to Sh. J.S. Tuli, AGM(Engg), Hqrs.

    3. By Deposit of local cheque or Cash (if less than Rs. 20000) to any Core Banking (CBS) Branch of SBI in the name of "FCI Officer Association" in A/c No. 10220569437 (base Branch KG Marg, New Delhi). As the Bank levies a charge in case of cash deposit, as far as possible cheque deposit may please be opted.

[Please note that in case of direct deposit through CBS branch, the details of deposit, incl. cheque no and the persons on whose behalf the deposits are being made may please be mailed to saikatghosh.fci@gmail.com with cc to jstuli2208@yahoo.co.in for reconciliation and accounting purposes]

As indicated in the Minutes of the National Conference held in Hyderabad on 9th May 2009, a resolution was passed to the effect that all members would contribute one day's salary for the Association.

The only term/condition to be fulfilled is that the person must be an existing/retired Officer (Manager and above) and is voluntarily joining the Association.

The Regional/District Committees have full authority to enroll members, even though it is assumed that unless otherwise stated, all Officers become members of the Association by default.

As on date, there is no written Constitution. The same is currently under preparation.

We do not have the RTGS code of the Bank.
Hence, the use of Net Banking would be possible only if the Bank of the user permits so with the details already provided. In case of Net Transfer also please E-Mail details so that the passbook can be updated and appropriately entered in the FCIOA Account Books.

Note: any Net Transfer is at the risk of the transferor.
