Ignorence of Hindi cadre in Officers Association

1. So far no integrated seniority list is prepared for Manager(Hindi)in Hqrs seniority list
2. No selection is provided in Officer's Association website.
3. No regular promotions and not even adhoc promotions. Require atleast adhoc promotions wherever posts are vacant.
4. Cadre-wise men-in-position and S/s please be placed in the website.

Kindly arrange to provide selection for Hindi cadre also as there is no option in officers association. Therefore we are forced to select general cadre. I already requested on 21.11.11, but so far even could not get reply.

till date separate hindi cadre is yet to be defined at officer level. hindi remains part of general cadre only.

ok, but sir when association formed or this site was developed that time Hindi cadre was there. If Hindi cadre treats under general cadre then kindly make efforts to merge seniority and promotions also in general cadre as we are looking after general cadre also. All most 90% of Hindi staff entrusted general works in FCI. Therefore,promotions can also consider in general cadre. Sir we are working at par with general cadre. I have been entrusted HK and Coordination section in addition to Hindi. Not only for me, this is applicable for every body especially in Hindi cadre only. Therefore kindly make efforts to merge in general cadre.

The issue of separate hindi cadre or sanctioned strength has been under deliberation for quite some time with agendas placed to the Board. Even the revised sanctioned strength makes special mention of hindi posts.

However, the option of Hindi cadre is now also added in the drop down list.
