The Association functions on a democratic set up. We expect the officers of each Region to strengthen the Association within their Region and organise regular meetings. Whenever intimated, the Central Committee members try to attend such meetings.

I am intersted in becoming member of this esteemed association and work for the greater good of my comrades. But i am not well versed with the functioning of this association and so would request you to enlighten me regarding the same. Also if possible we can have regional meetings where senior members and newcomers like me can discuss .
Regarding funds if possible the names of contributors needs to be mentioned on the website along with the sum contributed which will motivate others to follow suit. Also there needs to be meetings involving regional heads and information on the use of funds be made available so the members know where the funds are being utilised. This will inculcate trust in the association and uphold our value of transparency in functioning.

Surely, Please fix some annual membership fee. Fund is a very necessary element to run any organization.

We have already circulated a request for a contribution of Rs.1000 per officer towards the Association Funds. We have received response from AP Region and WB. Others are also expected to respond soon. The details of contributions would be posted also.
If all officers respond, there would be adequate funds for the Association to function smoothly for quite some time. We also intend to discuss the issue of monthly/annual or lifetime membership fee during the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association.
As regards utilisation of funds, the Association maintains its own separate bank account and the Income and Expenditure statement and Balance Sheet is submitted at every AGM.

Dear Sirs,
It would be better if the fci officers at large in every district office are made known about the existance of the FCI Officers Association with names of its Executive Members (whether the members of executive body are serving employees or retired employees ); number of present memberships, their objectives then membership fees for new incumbents etc.
